A good way to address these vulnerabilities would be the investment in the public services, training the policy makers, creating awareness, educating the masses, and delivering the services to the beneficiaries to the disadvantaged individuals. It becomes imperative to evaluate the eligibility of the beneficiaries. It is important to take all the necessary measures that would ensure that the protection interventions mitigate the power dynamics in the society and address the inequalities that looms the society at large.
Effective participation needs to be taken care of by the administration of the programmes so that good governance becomes such a structure of society where it would be difficult to deviate from balancing the morales established through them. The accountability would equally take care of the loopholes and facilitate the mobilisation of the resources and invest in the capacity building that would ensure the meaningful participation of all the individuals at all the stages in the society.
Gender mainstreaming should leverage the designing of the delivery mechanisms in ways that would take into account the differential impacts of all the individuals alike. It should be imperative to reflect the responsibility of equality of the individuals.
